Real estate agents are familiar with the long-term rental market, but an exciting new industry of short-term rentals is growing fast. With this expanding landscape comes a unique set of challenges: how do you assess and evaluate different types of short-term rentals? Who needs these services and what options are available for renting them out on the market? Most importantly, how do you leverage technology to find success in this newly established arena?

In this course, we will explore everything real estate agents need to know about entering the short-term rental space. We?ll look at who uses these properties, common guest types, as well as essential strategies for advertising and utilizing technology advancements quickly and efficiently.
