Annual Night of Honors
Naples Area Board of REALTORS® Honors Members at Annual Awards
Night
NAPLES, FL (April 4, 2019) - Naples Area Board of REALTORS®
(NABOR®) held its annual Night of Honors celebration on Saturday,
March 23, 2019, at the Club at Pelican Bay. Chartered in 1949, the 6,000+
professional member organization of REALTORS® in Collier County
recognized the accomplishments of many of its members who volunteered their time
and talents to better the organization, industry and community in 2018.

The highest honor - REALTOR® OF THE YEAR recognizes a member who has
distinguished themselves through outstanding contributions in the community, and
local, state, and national association level - and was awarded to Dominic
Pallini, President 2017. Licensed in 2005, Pallini has been active in
REALTOR® board activity since 2008 and has served on over 113
committees, taskforces and assignments at the local and state level. When called
into action, Pallini testified against a property tax increase that would have
affected homeowners and led recovery efforts during Hurricane Irma by
distributing much needed supplies to members. Dominic has dedicated a large
amount of his time to the REALTOR® profession and is now the current
Florida Realtors® District 5 Vice President.

2018 NABOR® President Rick Baranski presented 2007 NABOR®
President Spencer Haynes with a special NAR lapel pin in recognition of his
leadership in government involvement. The NABOR® Community Partner
Award was given to Laces of Love and Founder Jeanne Nealon.

A remarkable 32 members were inducted into the NABOR® Honor Society,
many of which were also added to the Florida Realtors® Honor Society.
Honor Society members provide participation at the local, state, and national
levels to include activity in NAR®'s institutes, societies and
councils, designations earned; educational activities; and political
involvement.

Emeritus Status was awarded to Ethel Graham, Paula See, and 1986
NABOR® President Phil Wood in recognition of 40 cumulative years of
membership in the National Association of REALTORS® and in
recognition of valuable and lasting contribution to the real estate profession
in the community.

The 2019 NABOR® Hall of Fame Award was given to 2018
NABOR® President Rick Baranski and 2008 NABOR® President
Arlene Carozza. The Hall of Fame award recognizes members who have exhibited
extraordinary dedication and service over 20 years of membership in
NABOR®. During his presidency, Baranski created the Circle of
Excellence program to promote professional conduct among members. More than 60
qualified members participated in 2018. Carozza created the NABOR®
Leadership Academy to select, train and develop future visionary leaders for
NABOR® and the community and to equip them with the skills, knowledge
and confidence to lead NABOR®.

The prestigious Addison B. Miller Award was presented to 2009 NABOR®
President Brett Brown. This NABOR® award recognizes an individual who
works to enhance and/or preserve private property rights, ownership and
transferability, and the preservation of the free enterprise system. Brown has
been a REALTOR® for 25 years and served on committees both at the
local and state level for over 20 years. Brett has received the
NABOR® Realtor Committee Contribution of The Year Award, served on
